Dealing with the RV Parks Director, Julie Kruzick, has been an absolute nightmare. Out of 4 emails, she responded to 1. And, that's only because I emailed the CEO's and Board President as well. As management of our mobile park, your company has left residents without running and potable water for a week. Communication to tenants is atrocious. Our park manager is not even reachable anymore. We only have an 800 number to call where no one answers us or calls back. They collect a fees with no legal lease or contract. They are not transparent with residents. They did not inform all residents of any updates, water outages or a boil water advisory which landed some residents ill.
